1. Eat normal, tasty, healthy foods.
Stocking up on food doesn't need to be boring dry foods like rice, instant noodles and canned foods. We'll still have power! Freeze foods can still make fun, delicious meals. It's also the best time to learn how to cook. There are many e-cookbook and good recipes can be found online.

2. Food isn’t just about staying alive.
You don’t just need well-balanced meals! You need chips, cookies, chocolate, candy, softdrink, coffee and tea...really whatever snacks you’ll be craving if you’re stuck inside for a while.

3. Plan out your entertainment.
Bored of watching TV, get out a bunch of books, pull out the board games, puzzles or do some gardening or painting as well as have some craft supplies on hand, if that’s your thing. You can even play some music, sing and dance to your neightbours or make a FB live & broadcast to entertain your friend and your family too.

4. Go online, but beware.
Now, people are far more digitally connected, and the ability to keep in touch via social media and shop online can have major benefits on during isolation.
But the internet also creates issues such as 'the spread of misinformation'. Hence, please ensure you get the right information from the trustful sources and Remember to 'Shop wisely' - Set your budget & Buy only when you need it.

5. Avoid being too isolated.
Being forced to stay inside might sound like an introvert’s dream come true, but when it’s in the midst of a worldwide epidemic and everyone is panicking, it’s not such a fun and chill time. It could be lonely and stir-crazy. Get on the phone, chat with friends, call your family regularly — you’ll probably need it, and so will they.

6. Get a little fitness in.
There are plenty of workouts you can do from the comfort of your own home, and doing so can seriously help your mental health. There are a bunch of exercises you can do without any equipment, and YouTube/Facebook has tons of channels that offer instruction in everything from yoga to Pilates to strength training. Since you can still go outside, nothing beats a walk. Just avoid big groups of people.

7. Clean your home together.
Not only does it protect against the spread of illness, it also makes being cooped up in your home a lot more pleasant.

8. If you’re working from home, do it right.
Working from home sounds like the dream — pajamas all day, slacking off, working from the couch! — but it can get bleak and unproductive pretty quickly if it’s not approached the right way. Keep a regular routine as much as possible, including getting dressed and grooming yourself like you usually would, eating breakfast, and having a ritual to signal a transition into the workday, like taking a walk.

9. Always stay healthy and practice good hygiene.
Maintain proper hygiene even you're at home. You don’t need a face mask (unless you’re sick), but you should be washing your hands regularly (and remember, soap and water is just as effective as hand sanitizer).

10. Seek professional help if you’re really struggling.
If you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 - Call National CPRC hotline at 03-88810200, 03-88810600 or 03-88810700 for more information on the occurrence of a disease. Be sure to wear a facemask when you are around other people and before you enter a hospital / healthcare provider’s office.
