1. This Refund policy is only be applicable for Pathlab eShop’s members.
2. For refund, please call our Customer Service Personnel by phone at 03-7880 0081 or email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your Name, Order Number, Contact No and Reason/s for refund within 3 days of receiving the goods.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your inquiry to be processed. Our customer Service Personnel will inform you on the next step to be taken.
3. Refund can only be arranged under the following reasons:
The 3 (b) clause (short/ near expiry product) is not applicable to those products/promotion campaigns that have stated Short Shelf Live or stated the expiration date of the product clearly.
4. The refund will be done via the same mode of payment. If the mode of payment is through online banking or credit card, the refund will be made through online banking or credit card. Refund payment will be debited to the customer's bank account/credit cards within 14 to 30 working days depending on appointed bank refund policy.
5. The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it reaches Pathlab eShop Office. Pathlab will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product prior to Pathlab receiving the Product. The Customers are advised to pack the Product safely to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging.
6. Return shipping cost (if any) and refund will be reimbursed to customer once we have confirmed product is indeed incorrect, different from order delivered or damaged
7. All good sold at Pathlab eShop (Online) are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-replaceable at any Pathlab Branches in Malaysia.
