Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery services is available for street address in Malaysia only, street names and POS code must be correct and accurate. We do not deliver to P.O. Box address and unable to ship to International address at this moment.

2. Once order and payment is made, you are not allowed to change the delivery address unless special case and the customer is required to notify our customer service immediately of a change to his delivery address and contact number.

3. Your parcel will be delivered using our designated carrier, Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, we may contact you to arrange for delivery to an alternative address. At the time of delivery, you may be requried to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the packing of the parcel and to ensure the seal is not damaged or opened before you sign for received products. Please check the content of the parcel if you found the seal is broken and you may refuse to sign for received products.

4. Confirmed orders will be shipped out within 1 - 3 business day(s) from Monday - Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Order placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, excluding Public Holidays.

5. Delivery Orders will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days (Peninsula Malaysia) ; 5 - 8 working days (Sabah/Sarawak) 

6. Delivery Charges as per following :-

Peninsular Malaysia

For Order 1kg or less per delivery per location : RM8.00

For Order more than 1kg per delivery per location :
RM8.00 for the first 1kg and every additional kg or any part thereof.

For Order more than RM200 (FREE Delivery)

East Malaysia (Kuching / Kota Kinabalu / Miri)

For Order 1kg or less per delivery per location : RM20.00

For Order more than 1kg per delivery per location :
RM20.00 for the first 1kg and every additional kg or any part thereof

For Order more than RM200 (FREE Delivery)

East Malaysia (Sibu / Bintulu / Tawau / Sandakan / Lahad Datu / Labuan)

For Order 1kg or less per delivery per location : RM20.00

For Order more than 1kg per delivery per location :
RM20.00 for the first 1kg and every additional kg or any part thereof

For Order more than RM200 (FREE Delivery)

6. Stricly no refund for shipping & handling charges.

7. If the Customer is not personally available to accept delivery, a representative may accept delivery on behalf of the Customer provided always that the said representative must be over 18 years of age and capable of receiving the delivery. The Customer or its representative may be required to produce proof of identity on delivery or collection of Products and all deliveries shall be signed off by the Customer or its representative on the delivery invoices. 

8. Pathlab eShop reserves the right to withhold delivery of the Products to the Customer if it has any doubts whatsoever as to the Customer's credit worthiness or insufficient identification.
