How to Make Order & Payment : 

Step 1 : Fill up the Supergenix Test Request Form (please ignore if you've completed the form.)

Step 2 : Add your preferred Test to Cart & Make the Payment Online 

Step 3 : Upon payment received, Supergenix Team will contact you to verify the order details & Deliver the saliva collection kits to you for your saliva sample collection.

Step 4: Collected sample to be couriered back for testing. Supergenix team will arrange for sample pick-up at the given address. 

Step 5: Report tunaround time is approximately 3 weeks. Soft copy of the report will be emailed to your registered email address and *Hard copy will be couriered to your address. (*If included) 

Step 6: Online report consultation is available upon request. (with additional charges)
